Electrical Inspection & Testing

The IEE wiring regulations are BS 7671 on how systems must be designed, installed and maintained. The electrical testing is done for all aspects, e.g.

• Test RCDs to see they are operating correctly
• Electrical Loop Check, mains voltage on all phases
• MCB boards, to examine for excessive heat or deterioration
• Once the testing procedure is complete, we will then issue a report containing its findings including the deviations and recommendations.

Emergency Lighting

Emergency lighting is intended to provide sufficient illumination, which enables people to exit their way safely out of the building; our engineers offer the following:

• Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is the latest service being demanded by professionals, by detecting anomalies often invisible to the naked eye.  Thermography allows corrective action before system failures occur, e.g. reporting on poor insulation leaks.

Thermoview works by transposing the temperature reading and converts it into a thermal image on screen.  These images are then stored, before being down loaded to the specialist software.
